An opportunity awaits you on the beautiful Hawaiian island of Molokai. The Molokai Times offers regular four-month internships for journalism students interested in refining their craft. Besides running the newspaper of record for the island, we also operate KMKK radio, the island’s only FM radio station. We also have an active multimedia website, www.molokaitimes.com. Our summer internships begin in late April and run through September. We can be flexible with the dates to accommodate school schedules. If this sounds like an intriguing opportunity, e-mail a resume, samples of your work and the dates you are available to editor@molokaitimes.com.
This internship is unpaid, however housing is provided.
Location: Hawaii
Compensation: Housing, some food.
